How it works

During funding

Your USDG stays in one company's vault. The oracle sets the first receipt price. Later purchases use the vault's USDG per receipt. You can sell part or all of your balance for its proportional share of USDG during funding.

At settlement

The operator delivers stock tokens before the vault releases USDG. You then redeem your pre-tokenized stocks for your share of that pool. Holding 1% gives you 1% of the delivered pool, rather than a fixed one-for-one conversion.

Settlement timing and refunds

There is no guaranteed listing date. Selling during funding does not need a fresh stock-price quote. Once settlement exchanges USDG for stock tokens, holders claim those tokens. If the owner cancels, holders claim USDG refunds.
