Claim tokens

After settlement, exchange your full pre-tokenized stock balance for your allocation from the frozen payout pool.

When claims open

Claims open when the market enters Claiming after a successful settlement. Funding means the final supply and payout pool have not yet been fixed. A displayed pending amount is not an executable claim.

If the market is Refunding, the same claim flow distributes USDG instead. Check the phase and payout asset before submitting. Pre-tokenized stocks for one ticker cannot claim from a different vault.

Claim from the app

  1. Open Claim and select the market.
  2. Connect the wallet that holds the pre-tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain mainnet. Review the payout asset, your pre-tokenized stocks and the claimable amount.
  3. Submit the claim and confirm it in your wallet. You need ETH for gas, but no new USDG deposit or pre-tokenized stock approval.
  4. After confirmation, your full pre-tokenized stock balance is burned and the payout tokens arrive in the connected wallet. Add the payout-token address to your wallet if the asset is not displayed automatically.

Rounding and completion

The contract claims the caller's entire pre-tokenized stock balance. There is no partial-claim amount in the app or contract. At contract level, a caller can name another receiver; the app uses the connected wallet.

Accounting uses the cumulative number of pre-tokenized stocks burned, so no rounding residue remains in the frozen pool once every pre-tokenized stock is claimed. Claim order can change the allocation of the smallest indivisible token unit. It does not change the global proportional ratio.

The market enters Complete after all outstanding pre-tokenized stocks have been burned. Claims do not reopen Funding and there is no second distribution cycle.

If you cannot claim

  • Funding: wait for operator settlement or owner cancellation. A holder cannot start either transition.
  • No pre-tokenized stocks: check the connected account, selected ticker and network. Transferred pre-tokenized stocks belong to their current holder.
  • Insufficient gas: add ETH on the transaction network. USDG cannot pay the native gas fee.
  • Transaction reverted or chain data unavailable: inspect the wallet transaction, then reload. A failed claim does not burn your pre-tokenized stocks, but it can still consume gas.
