Token balances

Each market contract is also its ERC-20 token. Pre-tokenized stock symbols start with p, such as pNTDOY. Your wallet may need the market contract address added as a custom token before it displays the balance.

A later oracle price does not change receipt balances or add USDG to the vault. After the first deposit, both purchases and sales use the vault's USDG per receipt.

Transfers and ownership

Ordinary ERC-20 transfers are allowed only while the market is in Funding. A transfer moves the future distribution right to the new holder. Claims and refunds use current pre-tokenized stock balances, not the original buyer's identity or deposit history.

Settlement or cancellation freezes ordinary transfers permanently. The claim operation can still burn the holder's balance. Do not assume you can move pre-tokenized stocks to a different wallet after the phase changes.

A transferred receipt gives its current holder the right to sell for USDG during Funding or claim the final payout after settlement or cancellation.

Sell for USDG

Choose Sell in the company market, enter a receipt amount or select Max, and review the expected USDG. Selling burns those receipts and transfers their share of the vault's USDG to your wallet in one transaction. No token approval or fresh oracle quote is needed.

The app protects output with a 0.5% tolerance and a ten-minute deadline. The final holder can redeem the entire remaining USDG balance, including rounding residue. Stock-price appreciation does not increase this payout.

Selling is available while the market remains in Funding. Settlement exchanges the vault's USDG for stock tokens, so holders then use Claim. A cancelled market also uses Claim to distribute its frozen USDG pool.
